These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and SITE REKON LLC, trading as Engineer Unchain. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Email Manager connects to a Gmail account you authorise and sorts incoming mail. It can archive, mark as read, and label messages; it can forward receipts to a bookkeeping address you configure; and it can pass genuine sales enquiries to a CRM you connect.
You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 and use the service only for a mailbox you are entitled to access.
Do not use the service to process a mailbox you do not have the right to access, to break the law, to interfere with the service or another customer, or to attempt to access another customer's data.
The service uses AI to classify email, and AI classification is not perfect. By default every routing action waits for your approval. If you choose to enable automatic handling, you accept responsibility for the outcomes of that choice.
Engineer Unchain does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Forwarding a receipt to your bookkeeping system is a filing convenience, not a determination that an expense is deductible. Check your own books.
The service depends on Google (Gmail), on AI providers, and where you connect them, on your CRM and bookkeeping systems. We are not responsible for their availability, and their own terms govern your use of them. See Subprocessors.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces a feature you rely on.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, SITE REKON LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at your account email address before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
